Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering your child for Evolve Camps programs, you acknowledge that participation in skateboarding, scooter, ski and snowboard activities involves inherent risks of injury. You agree to release Evolve Camps, its directors, employees, coaches, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your child's participation. You confirm that your child is physically able to participate and that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. This waiver is binding on all heirs and assigns.

Campers and parents agree to treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect; follow all camp rules and safety guidelines; refrain from bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour; and report concerns to staff immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
