Location
Stan Wadlow Park, 888 Cosburn Ave, Toronto, ON
The Vanderhoof Skatepark located East York in the Leonard Linton Park has been calling for some much-needed attention over the past few years. Nicknamed the Hoof Skatepark, this park is known best for its big concrete bowl, once deemed to the best “best bowl in Ontario” by eyskate. Though a solid place to skate, this location was certainly in need of a cleanup, and locals ensured that this happened. Steve Kotsopoulous organized a community cleanup of this skater’s haven. The group repaired the damaged concrete bowl and gave the surface fresh coats of blue and white paint.
The park looks rad! We can’t wait to make it out.
Level of Difficulty
There is plenty of skate-able terrain for all skill levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced skater and scooter riders. The big concrete bowl is a fan favourite.
