We collect guardian, emergency contact and camper’s information in order to organize our programs. We also attain contact information to inform you of new programming, deals, discounts, and to contact you in case of emergency. We collect things like your name, phone number, address and email address and that of your emergency contact person. We do not hold your credit card information and that info is only held by our credit card processor. We never rent or sell information to third-parties. We hold all accounting information for 5 years in accordance with IRS and Revenue Canada policy. We have a secure website service that protects all information shared on our site during registration. We shred all paper records once that information is no longer needed to be kept.
