Location
Queensborough All-Wheel Skatepark is located in New Westminster, at the north end of Ryall Park near the Queensborough Community Centre.
Level of Difficulty
A modern park that welcomes every type of rider imaginable. Just as its name states, the “All-Wheel” park accommodates riders of all wheels. That includes skateboards, BMXs, scooters, and rollerblades. Beyond that, its layout of obstacles and areas ensure riders of all ages and skill levels feel welcomed.
Key Facility Features
New Line Skateparks’ overall design for their Queensborough project was inspired by real industrial drainage ditches—a commonly attractive skate spot for urban riders. They also ensured that they focused on the ‘flow’ of the park and its obstacles. This is evident in its centrally located quarter pipe and bowl sections that are surrounded by gaps, extensions, and other street features. You’ll notice the attention to detail and obstacle lay-out the second you push off at the Queensborough All-Wheel skatepark.
Notable Park Features:
- Full pipe
- Designated zones for different skill levels
- Great flow between obstacles
- Shady spectator areas
- Accommodates every type of rider
