It’s going to be an exciting weekend! Evolve has a few different lesson programs running May 14th & 15th, 2016, including the grand opening of a brand new skatepark in Scugog – Caesarea Skatepark – we’re stoked.
Caesarea Skatepark Opening – Saturday May 14th

We’re super excited to be a part of the grand opening of Caesarea Skatepark in Scugog. In fact, we’re so excited that we’re going to be spending the entire day at the park on Saturday May 14th to celebrate.
From 10:00am – 12:00pm Evolve will be giving free skateboard and scooter lessons at Caesarea. This is a great chance to learn some new stuff from our instructors! Our pals at West 49 will be there to do some demos as well.
Evolve will also be hosting a friendly skills competition to break in the brand new park! During this time there will also be a community BBQ and speeches going on. It’s going to be a blast.
Scugog’s Caesarea Skatepark is the result of a $15,000 donation from Hydro One’s Power Play program, as well as an agreement with Vancouver-based skate park design firm Spectrum Skateparks.
Spring Kickoff – King City – Saturday May 14th
A little video we made a few years ago at the King City Skatepark.
We’re heading to the King City Skatepark this Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm to do some free skateboard and scooter lessons. Evolve’s instructors will help you improve your skills. We’ll also be hosting a best trick competition and giving away some prizes.
The park is located at the corner of King Rd and Keele St. This is a Spring Kickoff event to get the season started on the right foot! Come and join us to shake the rust off your legs.
Spring Kickoff – Ajax – Sunday May 15th
Just like the King City event, the Ajax Spring Kickoff features free skateboard and scooter lessons for those who want to get their legs working again! Lessons will be running from 10:00am to 3:00pm in addition to a trick competition an prize giveaways.
Evolve will be hosting this event at the Audley Recreation Centre (ARC) Skatepark located at 1955 Audley Rd in Ajax. Come out and join us!
May Skateboard & Scooter Lessons – Week 2
Our May skateboard & scooter lessons continue for the second consecutive week this Saturday and Sunday. These are drop-off programs that take place at a variety of skateparks across the GTA from 11:00am – 3:00pm. For four consecutive Saturdays or Sundays in a row, your child can spend the day in the skatepark with our safety oriented instructors who will teach them fundamental skills and help them improve their abilities.
