Instructions
Post a photo on Facebook and Instagram of one of your friends who absolutely LOVES to skate or scoot! Use the hashtag #EvolveScooterContest and #EvolveSkateContest and make sure to tag TWO (2) friends in it.
The photo that gets the most likes on Instagram will be the winner!
The winner will be announced May 30th, 2015.
Don’t forget to tag @evolvescootercamp or @evolveskatecamp so that we get notified of your entry! And remember you MUST be following our social media accounts for a chance to win:
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must must live in the following: Canada or the United States. Participants under the age 6 are not eligible.
RESTRICTIONS
This prize has absolutely no cash value and cannot be traded or substituted for anything else. If you win and cannot come, you will forfeit your prize.
NOTIFICATION
Winner will be chosen by Evolve on May 30th 2015. We will announce the winner via Instagram and Facebook. Winner must provide Evolve Scooter and Skate Camp with a valid email address upon the announcement of the winner. They must contact Evolve Scooter or Evolve Skate Camp with a valid email address within 7 days of being chosen and must respond within 30 days from that date to avoid forfeiting their prize. We will announce the winner on one of our social channels:

Contest Rules and Legal Disclaimer
Only one (1) winner per contest with Evolve Scooter Camp. Its staff, and its owners reserve sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning contests and interpretation of contest rules.
By entering any contest run by Evolve Scooter Camp, you agree to abide by the following terms.
HOW TO ENTER/ELIGIBILITY
No purchase is necessary to enter our contests.
Only one (1) contest entry per person.
Contestants must be minimum 6 years of age and legal resident of the United States or Canada to enter.
Contestants need to be subscribed to our newsletters.
Contestants need to follow our social media channels.
CONTEST DEADLINES
All entries must be submitted on or before midnight May 25th EST. Check our social channels for announcement on May 30th 2015.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATIONS
The odds of winning vary from contest to contest due to the number of entrants and the quality of entries. The decisions made by Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp regarding each contest or drawing are final and binding.
WINNER DISQUALIFICATION
If the winner does not contact us within 7 days of the winning announcement, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the winning prize.

All decisions of Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp are final. By entering, participants’ warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these contest rules and the final decisions of Evolve Scooter Camp.
All taxes on any prizes won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence.
Winner(s) shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the prize(s) (or any portion thereof), if applicable.
All prizes distributed to winners are the sole responsibility of the prize donor(s).
Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp reserve the right to cancel contests at any time for any reason.
Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp reserves the right to modify the dates and/or terms of contests at any time without prior notice.
Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete entries.
Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the contest will be disqualified.
Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude a contest should any computer virus, malfunction, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the contest.
CONTESTANT RELEASES
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners name, state, and winning entry for promotional purposes.
Contest entry constitutes permission to use winning submissions on Evolve Scooter Camp website, Evolve Skate Camp Website and its affiliated websites without further compensation. Furthermore, entry constitutes permission to archive your winning entries indefinitely on any webpage on this website.
Contestants agree that the sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning contests and interpretation of contest rules are at the sole discretion of Evolve Scooter Camp and Evolve Skate Camp, its owners, and its staff.
